Heres how:
Go to the dreamyard and talk to the girl with the blue hair. Make sure you have one space in your party. The girl will give you pansage/pansear/panpour depending on your starter pokemon. Also here is how to get a petil in black. First go tothe town with the dreamyard and go into a house with stairs on the side then look for a girl next to a bed she will offer to trade a contenee for a petil.
