Here is how to catch rare pokemon

first go to trophy garden.
talk to the manager (first room on the right)
he will ask you if you are envious twice answer yes
he will tell you a pokemon that kissed him on the cheek
go to the back and walk around to you find the pokemon

once i found an arceus there NO LIES!!!! my cuz found a charmeleon!!!!
