How to get milotic

First you need a feebas (trade it from emerald or just catch it on mt coronet but it rare)
IT HAS TO BE A GIRL!!!!!! it also has to like dry poffin
go to hearthome city and go into amity square.
walk 200 steps and make sure you get a pamtre berry
then plant it until you get 10 or so
make them into poffins and feed them to your feebas
level up your feebas and it evolve into milotic!!!!!!

or you can just trade from someone who have one
